Return & Refund Policy Overview

FFL TRANSFERS FOR FIREARM PURCHASES!!!

It is your responsibility to validate FFL locations are in business, will perform the required background check and will legally transfer the firearm to you.

  • A restocking fee of $50.00 per order will be charged for all orders refused by the transferring dealer and returned back to sender.
  • A restocking fee of $50.00 per order will be charged for all orders returned to sender by the transferring dealer if the dealer refuses to transfer the firearm for any reason.
  • A restocking fee of $50.00 per order will be charged for all orders returned to sender due if the shipment is not accepted by the transferring dealer.

****CONFIRM THAT THE FFL DEALER YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR FIREARM SENT TO WILL ACCEPT IT ON YOUR BEHALF, FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUNDS PRIOR TO ISSUANCE!

*** RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON GOODS RECEIVED IN ERROR.

RETURNS BECUASE YOU DO NOT LIKE SIZE, COLOR, WEIGHT OR PRICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON.

 

 *** EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE: 

          1) ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

              a) IF AN ITEM IS RECEIVED THAT WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING THE CUSTOMER MUST RETAIN ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR DAMAGE CLAIM

          2) DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

               a) IF AN ITEM IS RECEIVED THAT IS DEFECTIVE / BROKEN AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS INTACT, THIS ITEM QUALIFIES FOR A REPLACEMENT.

                    ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO RETAILER FOR REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT BACK OUT TO CONSUMER, IF A REPLACEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE

                    CUSTOMER CAN OPT FOR A REFUND.

 

 Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since delivery your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for any reason. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, explosives, ammunition, powders, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. If any of these listed items are damaged or defective you may qualify for a refund; however, they are still not returnable.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Firearms (unless: (1) received firearm does not match same part # as what was ordered, or (2) the received firearm does not match the description of the one ordered) **Refer to Exemptions above
  • Used items purchased from our Storefront
  • Bows/Crossbows **Refer to Exemptions above
  • Any new item that shows any sign of use!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

If you qualify for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. **Refer to Exemptions above

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jgcyork@gmail.com and send your item to: JGC 25632 S. Queen St. York, PA 17402. Or a shipping label will be emailed to you.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: JGC 2563 S. Queen St. York, PA 17402. Or a shipping label will be sent to you.

Returns are only accepted on items you’ve received in error, or are damaged. As such you will not be charged for return shipping – either a label will be provided, or you will be credited for what you’ve paid.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
